Hoarder board -- Serial cable

Serial cable to connect hoarder board to PC with 9-pin serial port has following pinout:

Cable goes to header J4 (serial port) on Hoarder board.
PC connector - DB9 female. Example: Digi-Key part number 2209F-ND.
